4th FIDAF EUROPE MEETING 2024

This important event marks a historic moment for our organization, confirming Kosovo’s growing role as a hub for cultural exchange and the promotion of traditional dance on a global level. Significance and Impact: Organizing this conference for the first time in Kosovo is a significant step toward integrating and strengthening FIDAF Kosovo on the international scene. The conference served as a platform for discussions on the development of dance festivals, the preservation of cultural heritage, and international collaboration. This initiative not only raised the professionalism and image of Kosovo in the world of dance but also created new opportunities for partnerships and the future development of our festivals.

"20 Stories from 20 Veterans" -n'Kand me Nik Kosoven -PodCast

One of the most significant projects carried out during the year was “20 Events from 20 Veterans,” an initiative supported by the Municipality of Pristina, which aimed at documenting and promoting the authentic stories of the KLA (Kosovo Liberation Army) veterans. This project was designed to preserve and share the personal experiences and historical accounts of veterans, ensuring that their contributions to the liberation of Kosovo are recognized and remembered. Through this initiative, we aimed to highlight the resilience, courage, and sacrifices made by these individuals, while also fostering a deeper understanding of Kosovo’s history and the pivotal role of its veterans.
